This month’s feature from the Canadian Environmental Law Archive is a 1992 report by Paul Muldoon, who was a research associate with the Canadian Institute for Environmental Law and Policy and counsel with Pollution Probe at the time. Titled “An Overview to the Development of Environmental Law in Canada”, it highlights the rapid evolution of environmental law in the previous 25 years, and describes that development by examining its different phases.
